Terms of Service

The rules for using Flaux as a Discord message automation bot and dashboard.

Last updated: [May 10th, 2026]

Usage Agreement

By inviting Flaux to a Discord server, signing in to the dashboard, or using any Flaux feature, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

You may use Flaux only in servers where you have the required Discord permissions. Server owners and administrators are responsible for how Flaux is configured in their communities.

Flaux may be removed, limited, or disabled for servers or users that abuse the service, violate these terms, violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, or attempt to exploit bugs.

Intended Use

Flaux is built for dashboard-first Discord message automation, including sticky messages, auto reactions, auto replies, scheduled messages, and analytics.

You agree not to use Flaux for spam, harassment, deceptive automation, malicious content, or any use that would put Discord users, servers, or Flaux infrastructure at risk.

Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age and account requirements described by Discord to use Flaux. If Discord restricts your use of its services, you may not use Flaux through that Discord account.

Availability And Changes

Flaux may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We try to keep automation reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may update these terms when needed. Continued use of Flaux after an update means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, remove Flaux from your servers and stop using the dashboard.

Third-Party Services

Flaux uses Discord APIs and may reference Discord data that your account or server grants access to. Flaux is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Discord Inc.

Discord trademarks, product names, and assets belong to Discord or their respective owners.

Liability

Flaux is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Flaux and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by use of the service.

You are responsible for reviewing automation settings before enabling them in a Discord server.
