Agreement

By inviting Flaux to a Discord server, signing in to the dashboard, using the bot or using any Flaux feature, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use Flaux and remove it from any server where you control bot access.

Eligibility And Authorization

You must meet Discord's account and age requirements. You may use Flaux only with a Discord account you are allowed to use.

You may configure Flaux only in servers where you have the required Discord permissions. Server owners and administrators are responsible for reviewing who can manage server settings and Flaux configuration.

Discord Permissions

Flaux requires Discord permissions to perform configured actions, such as reading relevant events, sending messages, managing webhooks, assigning roles or opening claim channels where configured.

If required permissions are removed, features may pause, fail or show a needs attention state.

Acceptable Use

You must not use Flaux for spam, harassment, fraud, deceptive automation, unlawful content, security abuse, unauthorized scraping, evading Discord enforcement or activity that harms Discord users, servers, Flaux or its providers.

You must not exploit bugs, manipulate entries, interfere with eligibility checks, abuse votes or use multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages.

Your Configuration And Content

Server owners and authorized staff are responsible for messages, embeds, images, links, prizes, schedules, eligibility rules and other content or configuration they create in Flaux.

You must have the rights needed to use any content, image, prize code or link you add to Flaux.

Chat Rewards

Server owners are responsible for configuring Chat Rewards accurately, following Discord rules and following laws that apply to giveaways, promotions, prizes and taxes in their location.

Winner selection uses the configured eligibility, entry and draw rules. Claim windows and rerolls operate according to the server configuration. Flaux may invalidate abusive, fraudulent or manipulated activity.

Server owners are responsible for supplying and delivering staff provided prizes. Flaux does not purchase, guarantee or verify staff supplied prizes. A server owner must not promise a prize they cannot deliver. Nitro links or digital codes must be lawfully obtained.

Chat Rewards must not be used for gambling, paid entry schemes, misleading promotions, fraudulent activity or prohibited giveaways. Flaux is not responsible for disputes between server owners and winners except where Flaux directly caused a technical error.

Premium

Premium applies to one Discord server unless the product page or Discord purchase flow says otherwise. Billing and entitlement status are managed through Discord where applicable.

Premium may unlock higher limits, additional Chat Rewards settings, longer history, customization and branding controls. Features and limits may change as Flaux evolves.

If Premium is cancelled, expires or cannot be verified, the server may return to Free limits. Flaux may preserve inactive or over limit configuration after downgrade so it can be reactivated later, but over limit features may stop running or require changes before they can be enabled again.

Refunds, cancellations and billing disputes follow the payment channel that handled the purchase. Flaux does not promise refunds outside the support provided by that payment channel.

Availability And Changes

Flaux is provided as a developing service. Features may change, pause, fail or be discontinued. Flaux does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Beta or experimental features may be less stable and may change with less notice.

Suspension And Termination

Flaux may remove, limit, suspend or disable access for users or servers that violate these Terms, violate Discord rules, create security risk, abuse the service or create legal risk.

You may stop using Flaux by removing the bot from your server and logging out of the dashboard.

Server Removal And Data

Removing Flaux from a server stops future processing for that server, but stored configuration and history may remain until deleted according to the Privacy Policy and current deletion workflows.

Server owners can request deletion of stored server configuration. Some records may remain for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, unresolved disputes, backups or provider logs.

Intellectual Property

Flaux, its branding, dashboard design and original code belong to their respective owners. Discord names, trademarks and assets belong to Discord or their respective owners.

You retain responsibility for content you add to Flaux and grant Flaux permission to process it as needed to provide the configured service.

Third Party Services

Flaux depends on Discord, hosting, database and other providers described in the Privacy Policy. Flaux is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Discord Inc.

Third party services may change their APIs, rules, pricing or availability, which can affect Flaux.

Disclaimers And Liability

Flaux is provided without a promise that every feature will be error free or available at all times. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Flaux and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages caused by use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow such limitation.

Governing Law And Contact

The repository does not contain verified governing law, jurisdiction, company registration, postal address or dedicated legal contact email. These facts require owner confirmation before stronger legal wording is added.

Changes To These Terms

Flaux may update these Terms when needed. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, remove Flaux from your servers and stop using the dashboard.
